Ever since I was a child, my family has traveled to the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri to enjoy many hot summer days. As an adult, we only make it there a couple of times a year for vacation but we spend the rest of our summer days at smaller lakes in Kansas. I’ve learned from my parents and my friends what it means to be a responsible lake person. There are basic things we can all do to keep our water sports safe and fun for our families and I want to share all that I’ve learned with you. In addition to the lake and boating safety, I have years of experience camping (both at the lake and with my horses) and I’ve stayed in many different places at the lakes. I will give you tips on what lodging will work best for you and your needs and desires. Living the lake life is fun and I’m so thankful that my parents introduced me to this way of life at a very young age. Now I’m able to share it with my family and pass on traditions that hopefully they will one day pass on to their children. Thanks for visiting my site and let me know if you have any questions for me!
